Still for New CRB and MR to be convinced for the problem of Rly Er. Need to wait some times for court cases.

There are many shortfalls on our status. For which shortfall, we should take legal help in particular ?

In my opinion since seniority is adversely affected due to recent rly board's letter and LP in GP 4200 is not rendered non-fortuitous service in GP 4600 as per eligibilty condition for selection to Group-B eventhough they were equated with SSE in GP 4600 LP those who are not actually rendered regular service in GP 4600 can not be placed over and above SSE in GP 4600. This aspect shall be looked into for initiating legal action in CAT/High Court.
