It is very surprising that only few subordinate rest houses are available for Lakhs employees, it has been noticed the TA/DA offered by railways during ORS is very low and one can not afford hoteling. Therefore it is suggested that if the sufficient suborinaqte rest houses are not available now it is better to have contractual agreement with suibale hotels for staying of railways Engrs. There is vast difference in ORH and SRH, the condition of SRH is worst but both are maintained by our Rly Ers, those are partial in case of ORH. The suggestion of Kundra Ji is too good, if can be materialized. | |

In all cities there were some hotels mark by railway like hospitals and if any person having no accomodation in SRH then those persons may stay at nominated hotels. | |

We are facing problem of SRH in Mumbai C.Rly. Earlier one SRH is available at 4th floor above CEE office. Now that SRH is taken under renoovation and is being converted into ORH. Now there is no SRH in Mumbai C.Rly. I requested office bearer of Mumbai Division to look into the matter. | |
