Sir,

Sub:Promotion Demand for Senior Section Engineer in Railway directly recruited from RRBs of Railway after Six pay commission.

1. What is promotion policy of persons who are Directly Recruited on the post of SENIOR SECTION ENGINEER through RRB of Indian Railway after Six pay commission.?
2. I humbly DEMAND for SENIOR SECTION ENGINEER in Railways directly recruited from RRB- a minimum Grade pay of Rs. 4800/- and promotion AFTER COMPLETION OF TWO YEARS OF SERVICE in Railway after date of joining without any examination.
3. As we know that the Minimum qualification of Directly recruited SENIOR SECTION ENGINEER from RRB (Railway Recruitment Board of Railways) are similar to Group A.
4.Recruitment of SENIOR SECTION ENGINEER is done through Railway Recruitment Board of Railways as recruitment of group A is done through UPSC on all India basis.
5.Is Railway Board not satisfied by RRB (Railway Recruitment Board of Railways) selection processed?
6.Is RRB(Railway Recruitment Board of Railways) not capable for recruiting the best available candidates from all over India?
7. There is a system for written examination for promotion to Gr. B post eithe by LDCE or through Seniority cum suitability examination of SENIOR SECTION ENGINEER to next higher post, what is use of these examination when there in no examination procedure from Group B to Group A or Within Group A. When SENIOR SECTION ENGINEER is possessing same qualification what is need to prove there capability through examination every time whether Group B to Group A or Within Group A are not giving examination for further promotion. There should be no examination of SENIOR SECTION ENGINEER for higher grade promotion it should be Time Bound Promotion.
8. In Uttar Pradesh BE/BTech are given 5400/ grade pay for example in power corporation etc, their recruiting authority is equivalent to RRBs (Railway Recruitment Board) of Railways whose recruitment is on all India basis. When in Uttar Pradesh BE/ BTech are given 5400/ grade pay when their recruitment is not from UPSC New Delhi then why SENIOR SECTION ENGINEER in Railways directly recruited from RRB(Railway Recruitment Board of Railways) is given Grade pay Rs. 4600/ it should be given minimum Rs 4800/- Grade pay to SENIOR SECTION ENGINEER directly recruited from RRBs.

Sub:No examination for Gr. B promotion and Grade pay Rs. 4800/- for Senior Section Engineer in Railway

There is a system for written examintion for promotion to Gr. B post whether promotion is through LDCE or through Seniority cum sutability examintion. I humbly request, that all the group B post should be filled through seniority . Atleast in this way all Senior Section Engineer will get a chance for promotion. Reason for no examination for group B is as:

1.No written examinatin is done for promotion for any post in Group A ,once selected from UPSC.

2.No written examination is done for promotion from Group B to Group A.

3.Recruitment of all group C is done through RRB as recruitment of group A
is done through UPSC.
4.Are Sr.Subordinate not qualified ?
5.Is Rly Board not satisfied by RRB selection prossess?
6.Is RRB not capable for recruiting the best available candidats from all over
India?
7.Are Sr.Subordinate not possess the min. required qualification?
8. What is promotion policy of persons who directly join on the post of
SENIOR SECTION ENGINEER through RRB of Indian Railway?
9. Is LDCE recruiting authority are equivalent to RRB/SSC/UPSC?
10. LDCE should be on seniority basis or recruitment by UPSC NEW DELHI
on seniority basis.
11. For SENIOR SECTION ENGINEER Grade pay should be
minimum Rs. 4800/- . Comparative study is given below
